Documents Required Trademark Registration

Registration Procedure

Validity of Trademark

Once your trademark application is registered in the trademark office or online the applicant can begin applying for TM symbols on the products. If the trademark is registered then the owner specifies the TM symbol over his trademark. Once the trademark is registered it will be valid for 10 years from the date issued.
